Shipping & Returns

All items will be sent via courier with track and trace when dispatched from our premises.  If the goods you ordered are not in stock at our office then these items will be shipped directly from our supplier.  The helps to ensure you get the latest products at the best price.
Delivery time will be from 1-3 working days from when payment has been received providing the goods are in stock at either our place or our suppliers. 
Unless otherwise specified all items will be subject to freight.  For orders over $500 (excluding any potential freight) they will be delivered Freight FREE.

Courier Damage

There are two types of damage
1.
Evidential Damage -visible damage to the packaging
2.
Concealed damage -damage noticed once unpacked.

It is very important that you DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR GOODS UNTIL YOU HAVE VISUALLY INSPECTED THE PACKAGING FOR ANY SIGNS OF EVIDENTIAL DAMAGE.

If you determine EVIDENTIAL DAMAGE please do the following:

1. Cross out where it says "RECEIVED IN GOOD ORDER AND CONDITION" and then sign the ticket accepting the delivery.
2. Write on the ticket and/or on the courier driver's delivery sheet any noticeable defects to the packaging. i.e. Box ripped or squashed.
3. Please advise us by phone or email to
enquiry@dynamiccomputers.co.nz that there is visible damage to your packaging

Please follow the above steps carefully as we cannot supply a replacement if you have signed the ticket accepting that you have "RECEIVED IN GOOD ORDER AND CONDITION"

Note: The courier will not wait while you remove any items from the packaging and inspect them for damage. If you find any further damage to the items then you will be covered under Concealed Damage.

CONCEALED DAMAGE means that the damage is not visible on the items packaging but once unpacked some damage is evident.
If you determine this type of damage has occurred please do the following:

1. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING OR TRY TO USE THE GOODS IN ANY WAY
2. Contact us immediately by phone or email to
enquiry@dynamiccomputers.co.nz

We will then contact our courier representative who will either inspect your items on-site at your delivery address or organize the items to be collected and shipped back to Dynamic Computer Services.

Please do not take it on yourself to contact the courier or return the goods back to Dynamic Computer Services, dispose of the packaging or remove the order from the original delivery address, as this may forfeit the insurance claim and result in no replacement being supplied.

Costs

To keep things simple we offer basic shipping rates to anywhere in New Zealand where the item isn't Bulk Freight.  If an item is Bulk Freight (i.e. MFC Laser Printer) then we will advise after the order is placed to confirm any freight variation.  The table below shows ow the shipping charges are made up.  If you are unsure or have any queries please feel free to contact us.

Returns

Please select your items carefully.  If you change your mind and would like to return your purchase, you have 7 days from receipt of goods.  All items MUST be returned with all packaging, manuals, disks etc in excellent condition.

All returned items will attact a 25% restocking fee.

Items returned as being faulty will not be subject to above conditions providing the fault is covered by warranty.

Due to Copyright issues Software cannot be returned.
