The team at Dynamic Computer Services appreciates that you have a choice for your ICT needs and we appreciate that you are considering us. If everyone is in the know on the Terms & Conditions of any work done by us then there is no mis-understandings.

We try to keep our chargeout rates realistic, fair and easy to understand.
Residential work is charged at $60 per hour or part there of, with a minimum half hour charge for all work.
Business work is charged at $85 per hour or part there of, with a minimum half hour charge for all work.
All rates are exclusive of GST

All work completed or goods supplied are done under these Terms & Conditions and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by you is automatic by engaging Dynamic Computer Services to perform work or supply goods to you.

.: Payment Terms

Business

All charges for work done for a business is payable no more than 7 days from the date of the invoice, until such time where a suitable trading history is established with us.
Under normal circustances any equipment supplied will be invoiced once supplied and have the same payment terms.
Depending on the type of value of the equipment being supplied, payment may be required up front.

Residential

All charges for work done for residential customers are payable no more than 7 days from the date of the invoice.
The invoice will either be supplied with the computer when it is returned to you or it will be posted out.

Where Dynamic Computer Services supplies equipment or hardware for you without the supply being part of service work we are doing, then payment is required in full on receiving these goods.
